HAPPY REIKI SOUL
I’m Ines, a passionate Reiki soul, a former corporate employee who tapped into her body’s own healing ability after a personal crisis.
I acknowledged my natural intuitive and empathic gifts as an empath and highly sensitive person (HSP) and became a professional Reiki practitioner while living in Southeast Asia for 6 years. I’ve been initiated into the 10th generation of Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui System of Natural Healing.
I’m a yogini as well, a coffee and ocean lover, a happy soul especially when having sand beneath my feet and an ocean breeze in my hair.
Because Reiki has supported me every step of my emotional healing journey, has empowered me to take responsibility for my life and has changed it for the better on so many levels, I’m now very passionate about sharing this beautiful healing technique.

I am here to assist others reach their highest potential so that they can live a joyful and fulfilled life. By following my calling and expressing my authentic self I am able to help others heal and grow. Inspiring and empowering others to walk the path of personal growth, self-care, and healing too, is what drives me.
I haven’t always been a free spirit. For many years I have been living a so called normal life, growing up in Leipzig, Germany, finishing university, having a well-paid office job and waiting for my annual leave to travel somewhere nice. But in 2012 I just quit my job and left Germany for a long-term travel.
You can always read in articles about personal growth that you have to leave your comfort zone. Yes, it’s true. You’re taking your first step and suddenly a completely new path in your life becomes clear. I had always envied other people’s courage who took this first step. And then I just did it too. It’s that simple. It’s a choice. But don’t get me wrong. It didn’t happen overnight. My transformation or my awakening, however you want to call it, started quite a long time ago. When I look back I’d say when yoga came into my life, in 2008. I had always problems with accepting myself fully. My critical inner voice was really busy telling me that I wasn’t good enough. I guess you know what I mean. But with yoga I started spending time with myself – with my true self. I got more flexible of course, but calm as well. I started embracing myself and quieting this voice in my head. Through yoga I started being in the moment. I stopped worrying about the future or thinking about the past. I got more confident and maybe many other things I’m not aware of.
And when the soul awakens you start looking for your life’s purpose. Why the hell am I here? Like for many others I needed a personal crisis to wake up and to get active. In 2011 I got sick, had a surgery and my long-term relationship failed. I thought everything went wrong, but when I look back they actually went right. Because that’s how I ended up quitting my job a year later, packing my bag for long-term travel, and starting my journey of self-healing.
After travelling the world in 2012/2013 and clearing my mind I signed up for a yoga teacher training in Thailand. The hardest thing I have ever done in my life so far. You reach your limits and you go beyond what you think is even possible. You’re facing the questions who you really are and what you want to do with your life. So the yoga teacher training was life changing for me. I know it sounds like a cliché, but it was. And I ended up not going back to Germany and I just kept travelling.
Life pushed me into a direction of a healthier lifestyle, connected to my heart and my intuition. While living and working on a small tropical island in Malaysia, teaching yoga at the beach and guiding snorkelling trips every day I got more and more attuned to my true self. And then Reiki came into my life. I mean I’ve had Reiki sessions before as a client, but this time I decided to do a Reiki training, to dive completely into it, and it simply blew my mind. While starting Reiki self-treatments and establishing a daily routine of meditation and spending time in nature I began to heal on all levels (Read my blog post about my emotional healing process). Reiki became a spiritual practice for me, a part of my self-care routine.
Back in Germany for some holidays I gave Reiki treatments to my family and I attuned my mum to Reiki level I and II. This experience of being connected to another beautiful soul so deeply convinced me even more to share this gift called Reiki. You can watch people heal and get aware of their own healing abilities. This is truly amazing.
This is how I got guided into a lifestyle of Reiki and yoga. This is me. I’m still learning to be present in every moment and be a conscious living soul. I’m not perfect, I’m far from that. I’m still on my way. But it isn’t about being perfect. Life is about learning and growing, about being your true self, being happy and shining your light. My purpose is to help others heal and grow. I believe by sharing love and light we all can rise and shine.
What I stand for
A gentle touch
A gentle healing touch and energy flows where it is needed most. The beginning of a healing journey on all levels.
Kindness & Compassion
By being kind and compassionate we can lift each other up and make a difference in the world. We are all here to learn and grow, to forget our fears and remember love. We all can rise and shine.
Sharing my insights of my own healing journey and my soul’s inner wisdom with my clients and students are dear to my heart.
