WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki, pronounced ray key, is a Japanese healing practice that brings balance, harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being to your body, mind and soul.
The expression Reiki means “universal life force energy”, the energy found in all life. It is a natural source of energy, which can be channelled through Reiki practitioners using hands-on or distant healing techniques. Reiki sessions balance and increase the life force energy within us to restore the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
